In October, the Georgia – Liberia Mission Fellowship held a special fund-raising event hosted by Rev. Dr. Marlin Harris of New Life Church in Decatur Georgia. All donations and pledges will pay for the new building construction of Slakpawein Children Village Academy in Liberia.

Spotlight on our Children
Slakpawein Village Academy SVA 1st Day of School on January 16th. We had over 120 Students to report on the 1st day. This school year we welcomed a new principal and 2 new teacher assistants.
This year Go Ye Ministries wanted to focus more on the SVA students. In the March – April newsletter we highlighted 4 SVA students. This year donors also got the opportunity to sponsor a child. Your donations transformed the lives of our Slakpawein Village Academy students.
A SUCCESSFULL YEAR END MISSION TRIP
For eight days in October, four volunteers traveled to Liberia on a Go Ye Mission Trip. Thanks to Rev. Dr. S T Williams Jr., Dr. Derek Smith, Bro. Titus Smith, and Bro. Joe Boway. The itinerary was full of stops that included visits to local churches, meetings with local leaders and special time spent with the staff and children at Slakpawein Village Academy.
