Special Liberia Mission Trip 2023
22 August – 6 September 2023
Four Mission Volunteers (Rev. Dr. S T Williams Jr. (CA), Dr. Derek Smith, Student Titus Smith (GA) and Bro. Joe Boway (IN) visited Liberia and served with the Slakpawein Village Academy in a few weeks! This short-term mission trip encouraged children about Jesus Christ from 22nd of August through 6th September. The Go Ye Ministries missions’ team also visited historical sites and shared the good news of Jesus Christ with the Lutheran, African Methodist Episcopal and Baptist Churches. The Go Ye Ministries missions’ team will play a vital role while in Liberia. During the 8 days the team visited local churches, schools and met with local leaders in Margibi, Bong and Montserrado counties.
