2021 SALALA,

TEACHER TRAINING WORKSHOP

LIBERIA VIRTUAL

The “Train Teachers and Transform Communities” Workshop trained 125 teachers from 30 schools of Bong, Margibi and Montserrado Counties. The training which took place March 12 & 13, 2021, bridged the gap caused by the COVID-19 pandemic that prevented USA teachers and missionaries coming to Liberia for study tour. The University of Liberia delivered diverse topics in contemporary education, capable of making rural teachers more efficient in the classroom. Until COVID-19, Go Ye Ministries led a team of educators to annual training ventures affecting in-service teachers mostly in rural parts of Liberia. One of its partners, New Life Church in Decatur, GA, USA supports teacher’s education as an approach to brighten the future of Liberian children through quality education.
